San Jose is the first city in the state of California that has finally rolled out this ADU law that's been approved a year ago, called AB 1033, where it allow when you have a house, you put an ADU in the backyard, and you can get separate tax o-, parcel, APN number, so you can sell it separately.

The whole state of California has it, but every city is so slow on rolling it out.

But San Jose, as in about two weeks ago, the first sale was done by my friend Thomas, that actually he sold a 740 square feet ADU separately from the main house, which is what Washington State have been doing for the last five or six year.

You have no idea how much of a game changer this is, folks.

This is why this whole ADU play is the biggest hack of all time.

And I believe, Michael, it's probably gonna go away in about probably two years.
