What's going on in leadership development?

Well, I think what's required of leaders has changed.

Um, I'll start with kind of my history.

Uh, I've been in, uh, human resources work for gosh, over 40 years.

Um, 30 years of that was, uh, in executive leadership positions and human resources for manufacturing, for transportation, for retail.

Uh, when I started, uh, in HR and this is, uh, you know, back in the eighties, um, what was required of leaders was a little different back then.

It was much more of an in-person command and control, traditional kind of leadership role.

What do you think, top line, what is something that people don't know that they really need to know right now about what's going on in the world?
