Are these things like external flues and those kind of things?

Yes.

You know, the things like external flues, the condense pipes.

Something really silly, you know, condense pipes being, people are still running them outside in overflow pipe, you know.

They're still doing it now.

I still see it all the time, and I think to myself, "Well, the manufacturer instructions don't say that." Now, that's a building reg, but the- these are little things that as an inspector I used to highlight, and so do all the other inspectors that I know.

They go- they still highlight these things, and if you've just fitted a boiler and you've not done it to, uh, to the manufacturer instructions, to building regs, and Gas Safe go and see it, then they're gonna defect you on it.
