That is a great question.

I think the thing that people inside the IRS wish practitioners knew was just basically how complicated the tax process is.

And I think a lot of people on the outside of the agency are They wonder, why isn't the IRS moving quicker? Why doesn't the IRS just simply answer more technical questions and things like that? And unless you've worked inside government or maybe a large corporation, the complexity inside the agency really contributes to additional time required.

And it just really slows down the whole process.

And if you have a new law that comes out, there's like a five-step process that the agency has to go through.
