Like, when a care experience people goes out into society and they ask to navigate the NHS system or the justice system or the DWP, if they're not corporate parents as well and they're not thinking about care experience people, then the whole system breaks down and it causes blockages.

So one of Josh's recommendations, which I was heavily pushing on, was to make it so that that corporate parenting duty extended... to other government departments such as the justice and prisons and that's right now happening thanks to Josh really pushing that agenda when he came into government and became the minister for children.
