So, Terry, tell us a little bit about a recent accomplishment and Maybe, you know, over time, we kind of prepped a little bit before we got into this podcast room today around your global solution journey and what that meant to you and your organization.

I've seen the journey from when I started at Bristol Myers Squibb 10 years ago through now.

When I started, I was in the total reward space.

So I was adjacent to payroll.

I was partnering with them.

And now as the leader of the payroll function, I've seen it grow over the last 10 years from being this mishmash of disparate systems, disparate HCM, to going to a global HCM system and one global payroll vendor with ADP.

How have your employees reacted to the change and evolution?
