What advice do you have for family members, loved ones who are listening to this interview?

My advice would be if you have someone you're concerned about, you know that something's not or something's different, um, the person is functioning below their baseline, they're presenting with signs that may lead you to believe that there could be or they could be going into a psychiatric crisis that you fear for their safety, you feel that something's not going well, call.

Call the mobile crisis hotline.

We are 24/7, 365.

We work on Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year's, the 4th of July.

There's always somebody working.

The staff that work the program are mental health professionals.
