Uh, how then do you sort of look at loyalty and get people sort of coming to you, uh, uh, on a regular basis and say, "Beond, uh, yes, I fly other airlines, but then I am loyal to Beond"? How do you make them loyal to the brand?
34:27
Uh, well loyalty is always, uh, is a very difficult thing, and, uh, I don't wanna own people that, okay, they are stuck in, uh, uh, our brand and, uh, they can't, uh, uh, they can't cheat, cheat our relationship with some other brands.
34:43
So, um, uh, obviously, we believe that we, uh, the product enou- is enough to basically get the people the experience.
34:50
But what we want to do is that the product is consistent in the same way as Starbucks is doing.
34:55
That everywhere when you see Beond, that you always know what you are experiencing, and that way you are starting to create a community.
35:03
And we want to create those opportunities for Beond, uh, for the clients to travel more with Beond than they are now currently, uh, uh, currently, uh, currently doing.
35:14
And one of the, one of those things which I mentioned in the article is that think about in, uh, uh, sort of us as a reverse logic in terms of building a hub.

Um, and my question is, why do you think, um, you know, more airlines couldn't make this model work? Or even, and maybe that is a second question, why legacy carriers couldn't replicate this model and maybe build like a sub-airline with this, within their airline group to do something similar? Because I think the model really has a future.
