By the way, most of their past presidents were commercial.

And so they, they had decided, do we separate off into a commercial association, or do we make both associations within one? And very intelligently, they decided to do both associations in one.

That's how we started with the associations.

So there was the corporate board, which they just called the board of directors, and they called them at that time the Miami Residential Society and the Miami Commercial Society.
