So tell us what some of the initial marketing looked like when you say like they were always investing in marketing and then we'll kind of get into what is working for you guys now.

So most of our database are folks that have come along and then maybe they transition to a different home and now they're, they have new homeowners and thankfully because of marketing, you put stickers in the home, those folks will know who did the work last so that it carries through.
