I shared one with you before but I want to start with with this idea that has come to me through my healing work is I have what I call my army of angels so I have an image a picture I saw an artist did once where a woman was sitting on a sofa with with her scriptures open and she had surrounding her an army of angels with swords and shields and facing outwards and just protecting her and I have I've taken that image so many times and so many times in my life when I'm like I need my army of angels right now like I need that extra help and and it kind of gives me the goosebumps when I talk about it but when I call that in I'm so intentional about it that I can actually look around the circle and I know lots of the faces I know lots of those women and men who have come before me who are here, who are there to help me still.

And so when I start with that, then I wanna tell two stories about my grandpa.

So the number one is when I was young, my grandparents owned an orchard, an apple orchard.

They had 22 acres of apples and some grapes and a couple of big peach trees.

And we had so much fun as kids just roaming and having fun.
