Well, I just want to say it's such an honor to be here at Jesus Culture.

I was speaking at the first service, and it's so amazing that you could actually be so far from home and still feel at home.

And that's how I feel when I'm with you guys, banding, has been a dear friend for so long.

And recently we had Becky and Derek out with us for our Dunamis conference.

And Becky is such a close friend to my wife as well.

So we feel so connected to what God is doing here.

What, what were they?

I'm, I'm a firm believer, as we walk our spiritual life, there are mo- many moments that the Lord, like Abraham, asks us to put Isaacs on the altar.

And, and so right there, I had to lay down, you know, uh, relationships.

I had to lay down friendships, uh, and, and went and embraced this route to going into the missions, uh, to, to, to the missions route.

Uh, later on, um, when out- after I had done three years with the mission, I s- I had a position with the church in North Carolina as a youth pastor, a youth minister.

And everything was pointing towards me staying in America, taking over the church.

The church wanted me to take the, the pa- the senior leader there was, you know, my, like a spiritual father to me, a, a, my pastor.
