So sort of, you know, now from building on, have you noticed any real improvements in the recent years, sort of now that there's been more recognition?
15:21
Yes.
15:22
I, I feel like it's a, a lot of it is the attitude of the women that are on site.
15:30
If you're there and a men- man is taking a mickey out of you or they're pushing you about and you allow it, that's gonna set the tone for the entire tour or the entire event.

However, if you go in and it's a female stage manager and she tells you to get off h- her stage if you're doing something like that, the respect starts to build.
15:51
So I think a lot of it is how women also view themselves and go into these positions.
15:57
Um, I have seen a change in the recent years, and I think that's because a lot of the people on the circuit at the moment are old, well, middle-aged to old white men.

What helped you personally feel confident working in technical or live event environments, especially sort of dealing with those comments that maybe weren't, uh, needed?
