I'd love to hear from you, too, about how it ends up operating currently.

Yeah, so you mentioned in 2006, our leadership team went to a program that United Way has put on called Bridges Out of Poverty.

And really what that woke us up to is that 40% of Americans don't have $500 as a savings account.

We came back and said, gee, I wonder if that is true here at Rhino.

And of course, what we found out is, yes, it is true.

And so we started to dig into that situation.

And we realized that we probably had numerous over the years, really solid employees potentially spin out of control because they couldn't fix their car, their hot water heater broke down.

Can you say a bit about the skepticism people have or maybe some of the resistance that might exist out there and how you overcome that?
