But it was, you know, it was a, it was a fun-- You're not gonna beat those guys.

[laughs] But it was a fun experience with that, and then I went, you know, whatever it was, uh, 14 years, 15 years, uh, without any of that kind of stuff happening.

And then, so it was a cool thing that, um, this album that I made called Tree Falls, um, that I kinda worked on for about 10 years.

I-- There was an 11-year gap in between, um, the record before that and then that record.

And, um, [lips smack] but it was just really, really cool to get to go to that one, and the winning part was, uh, pretty, you know, pretty unexpected.

But, um, it was, uh, it was very cool.

Were you intimidated when you were in a situation like that? I mean, did you look across and say, "What the heck am I doing here?"

Uh, sure.

Yeah.

I mean, there's, there's parts of the brain that, that, you know, always do [laughs] that kind of thing, I guess.

But, um, you know, I, I, I think, uh, that was an interesting gig for me because that specific gig and that specific day, there was a lot of psychological things going on with me.

My Golden State Warriors, which I grew up, like, just loving, they were in game seven against the Cavs, and it was that year that they lost, and the game ended immediately before the show started.

So this big show, like this, with this dream cast of, you know, uh, McCoy Tyner, Chick Corea, you know, this unbelievable thing, and all I'm thinking is like, "Man, why did they give Varejao all those minutes in the fourth quarter?" And I was just like, you know, I was dissecting that game still.

What did Plot Armor mean? Tell me about that.
