And what was that process like? Was it kind of like an immediate shift or did it take a little bit of time?

Well, I think the thing that we were most cautious about was our existing business had been around since 1983, so it did have a really good reputation in town.

So we didn't want to just the next day take our sign down and start calling us Alpha Graphics.

We were called Presto Printing, and it had a really great reputation and great respect over the years.

But the issue was that we just were not producing with the times.

We would always tell people, we just do business cards, letterheads, and envelopes.

And in 2009, that was a great business.

And what do you feel like made you ready for this fourth location?
