And then what did you have to engage with to pursue this thing? And then why did I guess that make you so miserable?

Yeah.

When I was living in New York, I had a day job and I was working in an office while I'm making a lot of weird experimental theater.

Two very different lives.

And the day job was really, really sucking the soul out of me.

And I decided to move out of New York after being there for 13 years and go to grad school so that I could further my craft in acting and also get to know more about the business in a way that I had never.

I studied experimental theater in undergrad.
