Then MPLS got replaced with SD-WAN and on the technology side, I think enterprises have done a tremendous job of, on the engineering level, getting to maturity fast.

But what's lagging behind is that operational management maturity of ISPs and last mile itself.

And when I look at how the, when I talk to clients, there's essentially four levels of where that curve is at.

So the first level is fractionalized.

So you have engineering with a spreadsheet, you have AP with some system that they're paying for ASP bills.

You have business making decisions on what to do with all of that.

So how are you guys kind of mitigating those?
