who's to say they're not going to get their own one day, you know? So what made you decide to end with Silas versus ending with Ellis or like someone else in the series? Like what made you decide to go in that order?

When it came to Silas, I knew right away, like this is the guy that like people think is like the playboy and the, you know, devil may care, like the if we're talking in like historical terms, he was like, the rake, you know, I want and so when I was interested in this concept, overall, I really wanted a guy like that to get to like step up for somebody.

To have the experience and the, like, sort of credentials to step up for somebody.

And especially him being, like, hard on himself.

I think that that serves his character well.

And that makes him want, like, he's stepping up to basically be a father if he's, you know...

Obviously, if the story is working out how it's set up to work out, I and I want him to not necessarily feel worthy of the role.
