I love this, um, aspect of expression and being memorable because, um, I'm probably an outlier in this group, having transitioned into design mid-career and being acutely aware that I didn't have the work to put in a portfolio, and that if I wanted to make it in design, I could never send my CV or portfolio.

I would never, you know, get past the first screening from the, uh, talent team or anyone who opened my stuff.

So being memorable was for me going, "They have to meet me first.

They have to feel my energy.

They have to know what I'm talking about.

Um, we need to explore how I can help them," rather than doing, you know, what, what has happened past, if you haven't gone to design school or you don't have three to five solid case studies.
