Tell us about Tilton as a school, your program and kind of what you've built over the years.
4:02
Yeah, it's probably my favorite subject to talk about, right? Being able to brag a little bit about this small boarding school in northern New Hampshire.
4:11
And we are, we're intentionally small, right? Like I, we say intentionally small because we have the opportunity to grow.
4:19
We just don't want to, because what we do with the small group of students we have with you know, just over 200 students is that individualized attention, right? So I really dive into being able to work with kids.
4:32
And that doesn't just mean, you know, on the court, that means off the court, right? Like, how am I going to help you grow into the best version of yourself as a human? And then, of course, like become a better student and become the best basketball player that you want to be and achieve the goals that you have for yourself.
4:49
So I I often get asked, you know, you know, have you been approached about other jobs and things like that? And the answer is yes.
4:56
But I couldn't imagine leaving Tilton.

Now, the next question families ask is, well, how are you going to place my daughter in college? So when a player ends up committing, signing the contract with Tilton, then what is your process, Tara, for like talking to families about like wants and preferences and dream schools? Walk me through your college placement conversations and how you actually do that.
