Through spending a few hours with their teenage buddies each week, the brothers have seen how positive impact can be built in ordinary moments.

It's not about those big events or moments.

When we first started, I was wondering, what do I do with them every weekend? Do I go kayaking one weekend? Do I go sewing the next? Do I go rock climbing? And I just sort of said to myself, I don't do that with my kid.

And they're similar ages.

So it's not about... finding those moments just for the sake of finding them.

It's about just spending time with them.

So I thought, what I do with my kids is go to the park, kick a ball, do some barbecue, and play music.

Reliability and showing up no matter what is something that Tapan also considers a non-negotiable in this commitment that he's made as a big buddy.
