So I'm gonna talk a little bit about, um, you know, wh- what is the role of sort of quiet downtime and play, um, in the life of, of your child and in the family routine.

I wanna kinda just frame this a little bit first, though, by recognizing and acknowledging that I think, um, the conversation we're having today and some of the ideas that we might be presenting to you, um, may very much feel like going against the grain of what is happening in our society, our culture, our reality, where screens, devices, technology is it is all-consuming, right? It almost feels like it's probably impossible, um, to not be participating in, in the digital realm, world.
