Could you explain a little bit about why?

Sure.

So this was actually a conversation that s- came out of our discussion around impact fees and the impact fees that new businesses pay when coming to Park City or when, when they remodel a building that had a previous use.

So for example, if something were to, let's say, go from an art gallery to a restaurant, there's gonna be a bigger impact to water fees d- and, uh, mostly to water and sewer because you now have a restaurant in there that's, that's gonna take different pipes.

So we were trying to find fi- and find- figure out ways that we can help our local businesses to, to, to work with those impacts.

And so this was about maybe six or seven months ago, we decided, okay, maybe the economic grants discussion would be something that we could have around, um, doing grants for impact fees or grants for other things.

So our team went back and did a lot of research on w- on how many of these we, we had ever put out, how many of those businesses are still in- intact.

Can you talk about the city's interest in this event and whether you think it can kinda live up to that level of hype?
