So my first question to you really is what do you mean by that quiet revolution? What's fundamentally changed about being a dad within this generation?

And I am so passionate about this topic.

And it's weird that we sort of, we just don't talk about it.

It's almost as if society is sort of largely ignoring this enormous cultural shift that's gone on.

And I have my coachees to thank for getting me interested in this topic in the first place.

many of them are parenting in a radically different way to what they grew up with.

feelings and emotions and yeah very rarely do they kind of come back up to the surface but I think actually Tamsin I think we talked about this previously but do you think that we sort of underestimate the longer term impact that like a traumatic pregnancy or a birth can can have on dads and do you think there's enough support for them in the workplace to kind of help them through that journey?
