So that's exactly what I'm studying because I am deeply fascinated by that because so many of the practice-based and research-based stuff that's out there kind of presumes assumes and requires time attention and capacity resources that i argue modern life uh offers in short supply right um and so i have for a very long time been interested in that like how How do I get as much through in this tiny, tiny amount of time and space and attention that, again, not because these people aren't smart.
