Can you tell us a little bit about that?

Tamir HoyleGUEST
so um our outreach team as you say try and remove as many barriers as we can for people accessing healthcare and sexual health care so we go to them we build trust with them we are working with very vulnerable people in our communities and different groups in the community so it's about building trust with all these groups all those groups and um supporting them to either come to clinic just to come and see us even if they come and have a chat with us and we do a little bit of education about sexual health and what contraception may work with them what prep is and build that trust with them because eventually we may see them in clinic then if not we have our show bus that can go out and our nurse and will attend and do contraception on the bus obviously we are limited to certain things that we can do on the bus but majority of it we can do definitely prep contraception testing on the bus so it is it is a brilliant little little bus to have and My role is really rewarding because, as I say, we're supporting very vulnerable people in the community and we're supporting them to make a difference.

Tamir HoyleGUEST
You build a good relationship with them and that trust, as you say, and then eventually, hopefully, you know, we can get all these vulnerable women on PrEP.

So other than the kind of education and communications materials maybe not traditionally being directed towards these underserved groups, do you think different cohorts of women might require different approaches to PrEP delivery too?
