There's very little flexibility in it.

Where they, I mean, this is an exaggerated example, but where they could operate in one hospital, but then they had a system that was maybe across town.

and they couldn't do a TAVR in that particular system.

And so we were really challenged with that, and those were really hard decisions for that particular team to be making, especially in the COVID era.

That was really, really challenging.

And so I think what you see in this decision is an answer to that.

to be able to have some more flexibility where TAVR can be done.

This is an issue that we're very concerned about, society-wise.
