You've been studying numbers for decades, and we're trying to understand, do you think it is indeed one of Israel's most consequential elections? What do you think Israelis feel, the public feels is at stake? What are their main priorities of the public a- a- as they see it as they head to the polls?

Tamar HermannGUEST
We looked back, and actually, in most election campaigns, the, the argument was that it was a critical election campaign.

Tamar HermannGUEST
However, these critical issues are looked upon very differently by the various political camps.

Tamar HermannGUEST
In other words, we can't talk about Israeli public opinion as a one body of knowledge, understanding, sentiment, or what have you.

Tamar HermannGUEST
When we ask our respondents what are the major issues according to which you'll choose for which party to vote, so obviously the first answer or the answer that came more, most frequently was security and foreign affairs, right? Then second, with only one percent difference came the issue of the economy and the cost of living.

So what were the turning points that led Israel, and is it as bad as it was before on October 6th, when the judicial issue was at its height and demonstrations were happening all the time? How concerned should people be about the polarization in Israel? How far has Israel fallen, so to speak, since October 8th?
