What does that process look like from idea to filming the raw footage and then posted? Who's involved? What does it look like? Who touches it?
39:10
Okay, so my role in Kinso is head of content.
39:16
So I'm doing Frank's page, Jark's page.
39:20
They're both personal brands and then the Kinso page.
39:24
And then at the end of the day, Lulu, all of our team members, whatever posts we can get done at the end of the day, like we try and do that because we also want to build our own personal brands as well.
39:34
But I focus on, yeah.
39:36
Frank Jarks and Kinso Page throughout the day.

Okay, so if I gave you a week and no budget to grow another startup's wait list from zero, what's the first couple of things you're going to do?

So I'd love to know outside of the content side of things, what are the top three lessons you've got from working under Frank and Jack?
7:40
I think the first like kind of top level one is that, you know, I think they believe in people before you kind of might even believe in yourself, which is such like I didn't even know how to create content when I got the job.
7:55
But I just like maybe like they see something in someone and that just like kind of and then create that environment to like help them grow.
8:03
And I think that it's just taught me that, you know, you can – It's just that confidence and, like, putting in the reps and, like, all you have to do is, like, one day decide, okay, I'm going to stick at this one thing and then just become extremely good at that one thing and just, like, put in the reps every single day and, like, they're not afraid to, like, fail and, like, you know, in the beginning I had no idea what I was doing with content.
8:27
We were doing the most random shit every day.
8:29
But, like, they just, like, have that environment where it's fine to fail and just, like, keep.
8:33
That's, like, the only way you can learn is by doing it every single day and just, like, you know, and they would get involved in it too and, like, we all just kind of learnt together and I think that is the only way.

But I'd love like for someone listening that wants to build their own personal brand, what would your tips for them? Like if they're number one, they're starting today, what would you say to them?
7:01
It's been a long time, yeah.
7:02
Yeah, so he's creative director, and the bet that they made was on attention and distribution marketing first, so we were the first hires.
7:11
Braith, um, was hired for LinkedIn and socials, and then I was shortly after at, last year, 2025, and for TikTok and Instagram, like, short-form content.
7:24
And then Lulu came on board as head of community, starting to nurture the founding members-

38:11
Mm-hmm.
38:12
And like we've all got our own little personal brands within the business, which is really cool, and all of our different quirks, and people become so invested in that.
38:22
And not only do you have like all the volume going out, 'cause we're all posting every single day, but yeah, it's, you've got your own audience was, audiences within that.
38:31
Like Lulu and I, for example, are like 60% women and 40% men, whereas you and Jaco [laughs]
