What point did you realize that educating people could be just as powerful as treating people?

And my medical background is actually very important to me, but it has taught me something very powerful that sometimes prevention is better than intervention.

Like as a physician, you are treating the people who are already sick, right? They are in that problem.

But you can, with proper teaching and with proper awareness, you can let people know how to prevent this condition from happening in the first place.

And even if it has happened, how to prevent it from further deteriorating.

So, and this happened many years ago.

Talk a little bit about that culture of creating a culture of safety.
