Sure.

Thank you so much for having me.

I did start in recruiting as kind of an on-site recruiter for a large corporation in the Charlotte area and really worked my way into an HR role because from staffing, you can't really have the impact on people that you want to have because you're kind of the middleman.

And so I worked into an HR role and I loved it.

I loved the impact we can make on people's lives.

And, you know, I just kind of grew from there.
