How are you considering roster development long term?

Yeah.

No, no rush to judgment there.

Like, um, you know, our big three are our big three.

I mean, let's, let's, let's be honest about that.

You know, Kiki, Sonia, and Kira are ones that have shown themselves and proven themselves through and through.

So, you know, future forward, um, you know, making sure that we can build around them would, would certainly make me [laughs] a lot happier, and I think everybody in DC as well.

[laughs]

So I just want to get your thoughts on that.

Absolutely thrilled.

So excited for her, for other people.

We recognize and see the growth that she's had from...

Month to month from season to season, you know, she's DC through and through But to have the AP acknowledge her the way that they did was absolutely wonderful It's a really good moment for us to be able to celebrate that and shoot around today and yeah, we you know, I still feel very strongly that She played an all-star level this year and should have been recognized as such Right now, you know, I'm looking at her as along with Kiki as uh, is one of the best front court players in the league.

So, um, okay, not all-star.

All right.

Thanks, guys.

Um, what are some of the player development wins you're most proud of this season?

It's another long, long list there, you know, um, that I could...

But, you know, things that come out to me, you know, let's look at Sonia Citron, you know, is, is, you know, not shooting the ball at the clip that she wants and, and is still a player that, you know, at times we can't take off the floor because she's evolved so much in terms of her defense, um, her understanding of what, uh, other players are trying to do, blocking shots, getting steals, um, helping us on the defensive boards.

Then on the ball offensively, um, at the point of attack, her weak hand, um, her left hand being able to initiate there.

Kiki and Kira's comfort shooting threes and being, uh, perimeter scorers, uh, perimeter playmakers.

Um, those are things that jump out.

Lauren's calm in the post, um, and now, um, her comfort finishing with both hands.

How do you see Lauren right now at this stage of what we think will be a very long and successful career?
