Voyager One and Voyager Two were launched in 1977 and sent out on their own to explore the outer planets of our solar system, places we'd never been able to send a probe before, and Suzy Dodd has been with them almost her whole career.

You know, I like to describe them as, um, twin sisters.

At launch, they were identical, but over the years, different things have broken on them, and so one doesn't have very good hearing.

The other one lost its sense of touch.

They're my parents, grandparents.

I think of them as senior citizens.

Yeah.
