And then at a certain point in the process, depending on the committee chair, who's the orchestrator of this, you are then asked to narrow down and maybe every month highlight your top three.

And so then as you get towards closer in the committee, everybody's put their top three.

And sometimes there's overlap in that.

And sometimes it's like you've never even seen this book that somebody else nominated.

And then you have an obligation to read that book that anybody has nominated.
