So can I help people with their marketing? Can I help them write a book? Can I help them design? I can do all that, but that's not where my gold is, so I set the boundary inside of framework thinking.

And this brings me to the central upside-down triangle in the middle, which is transfer integrity.

And this is actually at the heart of framework thinking, which is why it sits in very much in the center of the triangle.

And even by describing this, I'm hoping listeners can see the importance of the structure as well, 'cause the structure needs to reflect your values and how it all comes together.

And transfer integrity is about how can your ideas, your IP, travel beyond you, beyond the room, and particularly in large organizations.
