What were the big challenges and what were the big like new muscles that the organization had to build as this new regulation was kind of cast upon this industry?

Oh my gosh.

Well, so I was in a multi-state system and I was the regulatory attorney, the one and only one.

There was other attorneys, but I was tasked with this stuff.

So think about, I mean, to me, I guess I always like a challenge.

It was just this huge bolus of work.

And there were people in each state, you know, region that were good people that I was working with.

So what did you kind of learn from that? And what sort of strategies did you kind of employ to roll out this massive, this massive change across the system?
