I originally sort of worked in the mental health, kids health, gut health space for a long time.

But most of the people that reach out to want to work with someone alongside their doctor or seek out complementary medicine as a way to address health concerns, they're mostly women.

So great at, you know, sex hormones and reproductive conditions, thyroid conditions, but also metabolic health, things like type two diabetes, you know, and insulin resistance, which comes up a lot as we sort of get into perimenopause just because it naturally kind of moves in that direction.
