What strengths can neurodivergent people bring into the trades that are often overlooked?

Well, everyone is different.

But typically that out of the box thinking that I hear, you know, people talk about all the time.

That's so important.

And it came up in every interview in your, your podcast on with the Carpentry podcast, that out of the box thinking when you're working in construction or carpentry or woodworking or plumbing, any of it, you've got to be able to think outside of the box.

Now I know this for a fact that, Because, well, I've done this work alongside my husband and my adult children also.

Both of them are reconstructing their houses.
