It's in largely the minority in Colorado as a county that hasn't done that yet.

I think at the time they felt revenue generation was fine where it was at.

Now we're facing some challenges.

We are a county that we have no debt.

And we aim to keep it that way.

But with the current administration on the federal level reallocating a lot of funding, we're having to backfill.

Can you just talk about that a little bit and how by debruising, by increasing this revenue cap, you hope to backfill those? What specifically are you hoping to backfill?
