And, and I think if they're not physically bleeding, like, uh, as you said, heavy periods and things, then the question is, you know, are they losing iron somewhere? And I think the, the next place to look at obviously or, or, or to us really is the gut and whether they've got, starting from top down, you know, bad reflux and they're bleeding from there-

... as the doctor, and, and if the patient keeps bringing this up, I occasionally vomit or there's just some- something that just doesn't sit well with you and with me, then yes, I think it's worth delving in that, you know, another layer to see that there's nothing else going on.
