So tell me and talk to our listeners about that thinking big inside a company versus thinking big outside of the company.

Sunny YounGUEST
Thinking big inside a company is do you make your next quarterly returns or are we going to ship this product? So it's very much within an infrastructure that is very confining because you're part of a cog in a wheel and you're all graded on your performance as to how you're performing.

Sunny YounGUEST
Because I think women often end up thinking about the minutia and the execution and the details.

Sunny YounGUEST
instead of breaking through what's not possible and taking it to that next level of opening up the world and opening up your mind to what's possible.

Sunny YounGUEST
I joined AT&T Bell Labs, and I learned a great deal there about technology innovation and going to market and going from zero to one in terms of product concept development with massive teams at scale.

Sunny YounGUEST
My second career was actually migrating to the advertising industry because ad tech was starting to really proliferate with the invention and creation of data-driven tools and software like Adobe and Salesforce.

Sunny YounGUEST
And um, my last job now at, at Meta has to do with generative AI and the future of visual computing.

Sunny YounGUEST
So all of the things are related to my North Star principle, which is you have to adapt to change.

Sunny YounGUEST
Everyone has a different set of skills and strengths and weaknesses, and my North Star has always been about using data and analytics, um, to drive my superpowers, which was diving deep, delivering results, thinking big, and ownership.
