They b- believe in your vision, so, like, it's easy to give them another shot and, like, see what else they would purchase.

Anyway, so we're starting with this customer retention data, but the whole framework that we're gonna use today, it's going to remain the same regardless of what data set you're using.

And for just a little bit more basics, I have created a customer retention folder under my Documents folder.

So when we say work locally, we're working with basically files on our desktop.

So what I did is in my Documents, I created a folder and I called it User Retention Codex.
