There's been a lot of transformation and I would love for you to share with our listeners what that transformation, the big transformation story looked like for you that led you to the space that you're in today.

You know, Candice, there's so many different stories we could tell, right? One of the things, I love this question, by the way, and one of the things working in human services for decades, working in the field of psychology for decades, being an expert in understanding people's stories, assessments, triage.

you hear stories every day.

Somebody is impacted by challenges.

And I don't care what the family you come from or who you are.

We are human.

We all have something going on.

But what was like the first thing that you built that brought community together?

So for those who don't know, can you explain a little bit about the main generations in the workforce today and any differences with them?

I love that question too, because, and I'm going to look at my little cheat sheet here, because we do have five generations.

We're going on to six pretty soon.

And we have the silent or traditional, what I like to call the traditional.

Some call it the silent generation.

then we have the baby boomers, then we have the Gen X, then we have the millennials, and then we have the Gen Zs, and soon to be the Gen Alphas, right, coming into the workforce.

So we have all these different generations.

Can you explain a little bit in terms of your thoughts on how you've seen mentoring across generations be successful?
