Can you explain a little bit to people who might not understand why networks are so important in leadership and how your dinners are making a difference?

Network is just since the beginning of man, really.

If you know someone, you can make things happen.

And the same can be said about politics.

It's not what you know, it's who you know.

The same can be said about industry.

If you said about private independent schooling, people aren't paying 50,000 pound fees for better teaching.

What do you think the impact will be on education? And how can you speak to those in schools at the moment around these issues, where some of their parents may have gone to these rallies, be involved in that rhetoric and speaking about those things at home? How can schools combat that? And what are some of the things that you're seeing already around that?
