So I think two definite defining moments for me when I forgot to slow down or was forced to slow down, let's say, which I think is what often happens to many of us.

One was at the beginning of COVID where in that first few weeks where, you know, that carnage of just being at home trying to work and homeschool and deal with it all and navigate and work really hard because actually, you know, there was a lot to do in the job I was in at the time and there was pivots.
