10:06
college is people who opt in to be here usually very quickly fall in love with the mission of the college, which is so wonderful to help young people and working adults find that next great place and outcome in their lives.

10:49
I have led over 100 strategic plans in my life as a consultant, and I know many of them end up as a book or today in a file, a computer file, but often not owned and not used.
11:06
And that would be a complete failure.
