Subahu, turning to you first, how does India, you know, really compare today as a destination for private infrastructure investment versus where it was, say, 10 or 15 years ago?

That's a great question to start with.

So if you look at, uh, the journey of Indian infrastructure, and rather than 10 years, I will talk about 25 years, uh, started, uh, in late '90s, right? And, uh, I call it as, uh, phase one, and that phase was a learning phase for India.
