So you started... that committee, yeah? I started that committee and that was back in, what, 2004, 2005.

And I had no idea.

Like when I said I hadn't a clue, I really hadn't a clue.

I hadn't been on a committee before, anything like that.

But what I started to discover was you start talking, you reach out to people.

You get people around the table.

Incredible, really, that he's one of us and he lives up the road and I think we should take some time to tip the cap to one of the greatest of all time.

Yeah, look, I think it's a perfect place to start today, given he is up the road and it's one of the ultimate big achievements.

And it's lovely to hear him speak about it and how he talks about what it means, you know, the Ryder Cup to him and to have that moment where, you know, he... his last put made the difference is quite incredible but I think also in the background of the experiences they had over those days, I mean the atmosphere, what the crowd was like, like experiences in that's, you know, golf is not known for and particularly the Ryder Cup and I think how they carried themselves and managed themselves over that period was quite impressive and Yeah, back to Ireland, maybe punching above our weight, celebrating ourselves in sports to the highest level.

And here we are, Ryder Cup winning, our boy up the road doing the business of the day.
