Talk to me about the process of both getting through design and then getting through permitting and then through building, because it seems like a very complicated process out there.

Why don't I try to summarize our process first? My partner, Josh Rosenzweig, is very good at putting this all together and leading our clients through it.

First of all, we ask them to put on we use a site like Pinterest for them to put on images and for us to also load images.

And it helps with the dialogue on exterior of the house.

What do you like? What do you hate? Even ask them to put on things that they can't stand.
